福建是我国的一个重要海洋省份。国务院《海峡西岸经济区发展规划》明确支持福建开展全国海洋经济发展试点工作,赋予建设“海峡蓝色经济试验区”的重大使命,这为福建进一步发挥独特的海洋区位和资源优势,做好“海”的文章,大力发展海洋经济,提供了千载难逢的历史机遇。要科学谋篇海洋、布局海洋、竞争海洋,把加快建设海洋经济强省和海峡蓝色经济试验区作为推进福建科学发展、跨越发展的重要战略支撑。
Fujian is an important marine province in our country. The State Council’s “Development Plan for the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits” clearly supports the pilot work of Fujian in carrying out national marine economic development and gives it a major mission of building a “Blue Strait Economic Experiment Zone.” This will give Fujian a unique marine location and resource advantage to do more Good “sea ” article, vigorously develop the marine economy, provided a rare historical opportunity. We should scientifically study the oceans, lay the oceans, and compete with the oceans. We should speed up the construction of a strong maritime economy and the blue economic experimental zone of the Straits as an important strategic support for promoting the development of Fujian’s science and leapfrog development.
