研究了新显色剂 2 (5 羧基 1,3,4 三氮唑偶氮 ) 5 二乙氨基苯胺与Co(Ⅱ )的显色反应 ,试剂与钴在pH 8.0~ 10 .0范围内形成稳定的紫色络合物 ,其组成比为 3∶1,λmax=5 80nm ,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 4 .0 6× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,Co(Ⅱ )在 0~ 0 .8μg·ml- 1范围内符合比耳定律 ,该络合物在强酸溶液中能稳定存在 ,可消除大量离子的干扰 ,具有良好的选择性。方法可以不经分离直接测定维生素B12 和合成工业废水中的微量钴 ,加标回收率为 99.0 %~ 10 2 .0 % ,RSD(n =6 )为 1.3%~ 1.8% ,结果满意。
The color reaction of the new chromogenic reagent 2 (5-carboxy-1,3,4-triazolylazo) 5-diethylaminoaniline with Co (Ⅱ) was studied. The stability of the reagent and cobalt in the pH range of 8.0-10.0 Of the purple complex, the composition ratio of 3: 1, λmax = 5 80nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 4.06 × 10 4 L · mol -1 · cm -1, Co (Ⅱ) in Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0.8μg · ml-1. The complex exists in strong acid solution, which can eliminate the interference of a large amount of ions and has good selectivity. The method can directly measure trace cobalt in vitamin B12 and synthetic industrial wastewater without separation, and the recoveries are 99.0% -102.0% and RSD (n = 6) are 1.3% ~ 1.8%, the results are satisfactory.
