在人力资本投资主体类型中,个人是一种重要的主体,而企业员工是我国个人人力资本投资的主力军。因此,本文以某建筑企业为例,以问卷、访谈等方法对企业员工人力资本投资的内容与途径进行实证研究,发现建筑企业员工人力资本投资的内容方面,智力投资远大于体力投资,投资的途径有培训、激励和流动。
In the type of human capital investment, individuals are an important subject, and enterprise employees are the main force in the investment of China’s individual human capital.
