由于船用柴油机功率大、效率发挥不足及燃油品质低等因素,船舶在靠泊期间排放较高。据中国环保部机动车排污监控中心测算,2013年我国港口靠泊的船舶排放二氧化硫和氮氧化物的排放量约占全国排放总量的8.4%和11.3%。船舶岸电技术是船舶在靠港期间停止使用船舶上的燃油辅机,改用岸上电源供电,从而减少废气排放量。岸电技术已在我国和世界部分地区逐步使用,实践证明靠港船舶使用岸电供电是减少船舶大气污染排放的最有效手段。
Due to the high power of marine diesel engines, the lack of efficiency and the low fuel quality, vessels emit more during berthing. According to China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection Vehicle Emissions Monitoring Center estimates that in 2013 China’s ports of berthing vessels emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides emissions accounted for about 8.4% and 11.3% of the national emissions. Ship shore power technology is the ship to stop using the ship’s fuel auxiliary during the port of call, using shore power supply, thereby reducing emissions. Shore power technology has been gradually used in our country and in some parts of the world. Practice has proved that the use of shore power supply by ships on the port is the most effective way to reduce emissions from ships’ air pollution.
