目的 探讨治疗合并低氧血症重型肝炎患者探讨治疗前后细胞因子的变化的新疗法。方法 2 0 0 2 -0 2~ 2 0 0 4 - 0 3深圳市东湖医院将氧气以高浓度溶解在常规输液用的液体内 ,制备成为高氧液 ,通过静脉输液的方式进行输氧 ,对 2 3例重型肝炎每日静脉滴注高氧输液 5 0 0~ 70 0mL ,疗程 15~ 30d。结果 在静脉输注高氧液2 0min至 7h后 ,2 3例患者与对照组比较低氧血症均逐渐恢复。疗程后其TNF -α、IL - 6、IL - 8较对照组明显下降 ,病死率亦有所降低。结论 改善低氧血症已成为重症肝炎的常规治疗 ,而静脉输氧可以绕过了重症肝炎合并肺炎患者的受损肺泡 ,直接为组织供氧。随着低氧血症的改善。高氧液可作为合并低氧血症重型肝炎综合治疗措施之一。
Objective To explore new therapies for the treatment of patients with severe hepatitis with hypoxemia before and after treatment to explore the changes of cytokines. CONCLUSIONS: Improving hypoxemia has become a common treatment for severe hepatitis. Intravenous oxygen delivery can bypass the damaged alveoli in patients with severe hepatitis and pneumonia and directly supply oxygen to the tissues. With hypoxemia improved. Hyperoxic fluid can be used as a combined treatment of hypoxemia severe hepatitis one of the measures.
