目的:了解上虞市现阶段流动儿童家长/监护人预防接种率水平及其影响因素。方法:采用统一问卷对1000名流动儿童家长/监护人进行调查。结果:回收有效问卷998份,88.8%的人知道预防接种,90.8%的人表示愿意了解预防接种知识,获得知识的渠道主要为电视宣传和老乡介绍以及村干部通知等方面。多元logistic回归分析结果显示,流动儿童年龄、当地居住时间、户籍类型、家庭孩子总数、靠收入生活人口、知道接种时间地点、接到预防接种通知、接种服务周期等因素影响预防接种证建证率;儿童年龄、母亲日平均工作时间、年人均家庭收入、知道预防接种、接到预防接种通知等因素影响预防接种率。结论:针对流动儿童家长/监护人特点积极探索和改进现行的策略和管理对策,提高建证率和预防接种率。
Objective: To understand the current level of floating children’s parents / guardians vaccination rate and its influencing factors in Shangyu City. Methods: A unified questionnaire was used to investigate 1000 migrant children’s parents / guardians. Results: 998 valid questionnaires were collected, 88.8% of them knew about vaccination, 90.8% of them said they were willing to know the vaccination knowledge, and the main channels of obtaining knowledge were television propaganda, fellow introduction and village cadre notice. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influential factors of vaccination certificate, such as the age of migrant children, the time of residence, the type of household registration, the total number of children in the family, living population by income, knowing the time and location of vaccination, receiving the notification of vaccination and the period of vaccination services ; Children’s age, the average working hours of mothers, the annual per capita family income, know vaccination, received vaccination notice and other factors affect the vaccination rate. Conclusion: According to the characteristics of parents / guardians of migrant children, we should actively explore and improve the current strategies and management strategies to improve the rate of establishing certificates and vaccination.
