如今的我国已经逐渐迈入到市场经济的新时期,在“全民创业”的浪潮下,越来越多的中小企业加入到了市场之中,也加剧了市场的竞争越来越激烈。如今的国有企业不管在经验策略还是在管理方式方面都已经远远的落后于了市场所要求的标准,正在逐渐地被市场所淘汰。在如此严峻的大环境下,国有企业想要寻求更好的发展机会,需要依托更多的员工支持,搞好内部的思政工作。目前的国有企业中在思政工作方面还有着诸多的不足,需要得到改善与提高。笔者将结合自身多年对国有企业思政工作的经验入手,深入的讨论在新时期的背景下,如何解决国有企业内部的思政问题,提升员工的政治思想觉悟与素质。
Nowadays, our country has gradually entered a new era of market economy. Under the wave of “universal entrepreneurship,” more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have joined the market and intensified their market competition more and more intensely. Today’s state-owned enterprises are far behind the standards demanded by the market both in terms of experience and management methods and are gradually being eliminated by the market. In such a harsh environment, state-owned enterprises want to seek better opportunities for development. They need to rely on more staff support and do a good job of internal ideological and political work. In the current state-owned enterprises, there are still many deficiencies in ideological and political work that need to be improved and enhanced. Based on my own experience in state-owned enterprises’ ideological and political work for many years, I will discuss in depth how to solve the internal problems of state-owned enterprises in the new era and enhance their political and ideological consciousness and quality.
