到底向左走还是向右走企业在制定员工激励方案过程中,企业文化对激励规则有如下影响:一是激励对象到底倾向于个体还是团队?员工个人和集体的视角不同,意见无法达成一致;二是奖励制度是推行公平竞争,还是坚持平均主义?薪酬提升到底应该延续论资排辈,还是以业绩为标准?在现实中,这些激励规则都或多或少地融合了这两种文化因素,表现出“论功行赏”与“大家共享”之间的对立统一(见表1)。到底向左走还是向右走,这似乎是一个选择。
