目的:评价快套附着体义齿修复双侧游离端缺失伴前牙重度磨耗病例的临床效果。方法:选择35例肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损伴余留牙重度磨耗患者,对可保留的残根残冠进行完善的根管治疗后,行纤维桩树脂核金属烤瓷连冠加快套附着体义齿修复,对其使用效果进行8个月~6年的临床随访。结果:患者对义齿美观性、舒适度、稳定性、咀嚼功能均满意,且基牙健康。结论:快套附着体义齿是修复双侧游离端缺失伴余留牙重度磨耗的理想修复方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of fast-set attachment dentures in the treatment of severe unilateral abrasion with bilateral free ends. Methods: 35 cases of Kennedy I-dentition defect with residual tooth residual wear were selected. After the complete root canal treatment of residual residual root crown was performed, the fiber-post resin core metal-ceramic crown was used to speed up the attachment prosthesis restoration , The effect of its use for 8 months to 6 years of clinical follow-up. Results: The patients were satisfied with the aesthetics, comfort, stability and chewing function of the denture and the abutments were healthy. Conclusion: The quick set of attached denture is an ideal repair method for repairing the bilateral distal free loss with residual abrasion.
