一、前言 用微机来精确控制热处理工艺全过程及其参数在国外应用已很普遍。其中包括气体渗碳的碳势控制,按教学模型进行渗碳层浓度分布及层深的控制,炉温、炉压及滴量的控制。目前国内有不少单位正在努力研究,但均未正式应用于生产。 气体渗碳在国内应用,已有几十年历史,但在理论研究、工艺控制精度、渗碳层质量及设备上都还存在着相当多的问题。 根据以上情况,我厂和上海汽车拖拉机公司职工大学合作,分两个阶段对气体渗碳进行了探讨与研究. 我们采用上海交大生产的Mic-80微机成套装置,并配以其它装置,对滴量、炉温、炉压及一系列报警装置进行控制,实现间接碳势控制。在JT-75气体渗碳炉上,经过调研、选型、制造、按装、调试、试生产,其各项指标均达到设计要求,并于86年1月通过技术鉴定。这对稳定产品质量,提高生产效率,选优工艺,实现文明生产,都具有现实意义。 微机控制系统示意图如下(图1):
I. INTRODUCTION Precise control of the whole process of heat treatment process by computer and its parameters are very common in foreign countries. Including gas carburizing carbon potential control, according to the teaching model of carburizing layer concentration distribution and depth control, furnace temperature, furnace pressure and volume control. At present, many units are working hard to study, but none of them are formally applied to production. Gas carburizing has been used for several decades in China, but there are still quite a few problems in theoretical research, process control precision, carburizing quality and equipment. Based on the above, I plant and Shanghai Automotive Tractor Company workers University, in two stages of gas carburizing were discussed and research.We use the Shanghai Jiaotong University Mic-80 microcomputer production of complete sets of devices, together with other devices, the drops Volume, furnace temperature, furnace pressure and a series of alarm devices to control, to achieve an indirect carbon potential control. In JT-75 gas carburizing furnace, after research, selection, manufacture, installation, commissioning, trial production, the indicators have reached the design requirements, and in January 86 passed the technical appraisal. This is of great practical significance to stabilizing product quality, improving production efficiency, selecting superior technology and realizing civilized production.
