目的:研究麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍前后水煎液中有效成分含量的变化,探讨两药的配伍规律。方法:采用GC-MS测定水煎液中盐酸去甲基伪麻黄碱(NMP)、盐酸去甲基麻黄碱(NME)、盐酸麻黄碱(E)、盐酸伪麻黄碱(PE)、盐酸甲基麻黄碱(ME)的煎出量;采用HPLC测定水煎液中香豆素、桂皮醇和桂皮醛的煎出量。结果:与单煎液相比,麻黄与桂枝配伍后,随着配伍药材比例增大,水煎液中以上各有效成分含量均有不同程度的降低,5种麻黄生物碱含量下降幅度在15%~42%,香豆素、桂皮醇、桂皮醛的含量下降幅度在16%~57%。结论:麻黄-桂枝不同比例配伍后,对彼此有效成分的溶出有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the changes of active ingredients in decoction of Ephedra-Guizhi before and after compatibility with different proportions, and to explore the compatibility of the two drugs. Methods: The contents of NMP, NME, PE, PE and ME in aqueous decoction were determined by GC-MS. ) Of the fried amount; HPLC determination of decoction coumarin, cinnamyl alcohol and cinnamic aldehyde fried amount. Results: Compared with single decoction, after the combination of ephedra and cassia twig, with the increase of the proportion of compatible medicinal materials, the content of each active ingredient in decoction decreased to some extent, and the content of five kinds of ephedrine alkaloids decreased by 15 % ~ 42%, coumarin, cinnamon alcohol, cinnamic aldehyde content decreased by 16% to 57%. Conclusion: Ephedra sinicus - Guizhi different proportions compatibility, the dissolution of the active ingredient of each other have some inhibitory effect.
