高职院校对专业技术人才的培养是我国人才培养的重要组成部分。其中英语教育作为基础课程,必须加强学生对其的重视程度。就高职英语教育重要性进行了简要的分析,提出了通过一定的教学活动,推动英语教学的健康发展,使得高职专业技术人才不仅具有较高的专业知识,同时还具有一定的外语应用能力。
The training of professional and technical personnel in higher vocational colleges is an important part of our country’s personnel training. As the basic course of English education, students should pay more attention to it. This paper analyzes the importance of English education in higher vocational colleges briefly and puts forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of English teaching through certain teaching activities so that the higher vocational professionals not only have higher professional knowledge but also have some foreign language application ability .
