我国新根本法的意义不仅仅在于它固定了苏联人民所取得的世界历史性成就,还规定了苏联社会政治制度和经济制度的原则,宣告了社会主义全民国家的目标和原则、国内外政策原则、民族国家结构原则、个人法律地位原则。宪法所宣布的原则,是苏维埃社会整个政治制度和法律制度的指导原则。因而在宪法上规定我们社会,社会主义国家的目标、任务、原则、政治制度和经济制度的发展途径,以及在现阶段的职能,就为进一步的全面社会进步奠 The significance of our new fundamental law lies not only in its fixation on the historic achievements of the world the Soviet people have made, on the principles of the Soviet political and economic system, on the goals and principles of the socialist nation, on the principles of domestic and foreign policies, The principle of nation-state structure and the principle of personal legal status. The principle proclaimed in the Constitution is the guiding principle of the entire political system and legal system in Soviet society. Therefore, it is constitutionally stipulated that the development goals, tasks, principles, political systems, and economic systems of our society and the socialist countries as well as the functions at this stage should lay the foundation for further overall social progress
