目的:分析降逆止呕中医疗法联合化疗药物对于大肠癌患者的止呕效果。方法:研究对象来自于我院收治的106例大肠癌患者的临床资料。分为对照组和观察组各53例,两组在化疗药物期间常规进行基础止吐治疗,观察组在此基础之上口服降逆止呕汤,而后对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者恶心、呕吐疗效控制的总有效率增加;精神、食欲的总有效率增加。结论:降逆止呕汤联合化疗药物方式在大肠癌的临床治疗可达到较好的治疗效果,同时提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective: To analyze the anti-vomiting effect of Chinese medicine combined with Jiangni Decoction and chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: The subjects were from the clinical data of 106 cases of colorectal cancer treated in our hospital. Divided into control group and observation group of 53 cases, two groups in the chemotherapy during the conventional basic antiemetic treatment, the observation group on the basis of oral anti-vomiting soup, and then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of nausea and vomiting efficacy control increased in the observation group and the total effective rate of mental and appetite increased. Conclusion: Jiangni Decoction combined with chemotherapy drugs in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer can achieve better therapeutic effect, while improving the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
