采用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食用植物油中的总砷含量。用CEM MARS6对食用植物油样品进行微波消解,用国家标准物质配制标准使用溶液,使用双道原子荧光分光度计自动方式对消解的样品进行检测。对影响检测结果的条件进行优化验证,用质控样品及能力验证样品对该检测方法的检测结果进行了评定。试验结果表明:利用微波消解和氢化物原子荧光光度法联用测定食用植物油中的总砷含量高效快速、准确安全和可靠,尤其是在高海拔地区效果更为明显。
Determination of Total Arsenic in Edible Vegetable Oil by Microwave Digestion - Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. CEM MARS6 sample of edible vegetable oil was subjected to microwave digestion, standard solution was prepared with national standards, and digested samples were detected automatically by dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. The conditions that affect the test results were optimized and validated. The test results of the test methods were evaluated by the quality control samples and the proficiency testing samples. The results showed that the total arsenic content in edible vegetable oil was determined by microwave digestion and hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that the total arsenic content in edible vegetable oil was efficient, rapid, accurate, safe and reliable, especially at high altitude.
