:本文对日本六大企业集团的主银行 1 997年向 1 0 7家非金融企业派遣管理者的影响因素进行了实证研究后发现 :随企业效益的变化 ,影响银行向企业派遣管理者的因素也随之变化。当企业效益很差时 ,企业效益是影响银行向企业派遣管理者的惟一因素 ;当企业效益一般时 ,银行向企业派遣管理者的强度与企业效益负相关 ,与银行在企业的产权大小正相关 ,与被派遣的管理者在被派遣企业的工龄正相关 ;当企业效益很好时 ,银行向企业派遣管理者的强度只与被派遣的管理者在被派遣企业的工龄正相关。我们从企业所有权状态随机依存理论的角度对我们的研究结果进行了分析 ,并建立了一个主银行向企业派遣管理者的影响因素状态随机依存模型。
This paper empirically studies the influencing factors of sending managers to one hundred and seventy non-financial enterprises in 1997 by the main banks of Japan's six major conglomerates. It finds that with the changes of the enterprise's benefits, the factors that affect the banks to send managers to the enterprises Also will change. When the efficiency of enterprises is poor, the efficiency of the enterprises is the only factor that affects the bank's dispatch of managers to the enterprises. When the benefits of the enterprises are normal, the strength of the managers dispatched by the banks to the enterprises is negatively related to the enterprise's benefits and positively related to the bank's ownership of the enterprises , And the dispatched managers are positively related to the length of service of the dispatched enterprises. When the enterprise benefits well, the strength of the dispatched managers to the enterprises is only positively related to the length of service of the dispatched enterprises in the dispatched managers. We analyze the results of our research from the perspective of stochastic dependence of firm ownership and establish a state-dependent stochastic dependence model that sends the managers to the firm.
