本文论述了适用于小型碾压混凝土坝的设计、材料试验、质量控制以及施工措施等。塞达福尔斯碾压混凝土坝为一高9.1m的重力坝,用以取代老化的木笼坝。该坝建筑在砂卵石基础上,基础需要进行研究和处理,以减少过度的渗漏、基础中潜在的管涌和沉陷以及由沉陷引起的开裂。本文介绍和评价了碾压混凝土混合料设计和施工质量控制的有关试验数据,最后对碾压混凝土施工作了评论,并对今后将要修建的小型碾压混凝土坝提出了几点建议。
This article discusses the design, material testing, quality control and construction measures suitable for small RCC dams. The Seducers RCC dam is a 9.1-m-high gravity dam that replaces the aging wooden cage dam. The foundation of the dam is based on sand and gravel and the foundation needs to be studied and treated to reduce excessive leakage, potential piping and subsidence in the foundation, and cracking caused by subsidence. This paper introduces and evaluates the relevant experimental data on the design and construction quality control of roller compacted concrete mixture. Finally, it comments on the construction of roller compacted concrete and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of small roller compacted concrete dam.
