随着大连东北亚航运中心建设进程的加快,大连大窑湾港、北良港的吞吐量逐年大幅度增长。作为两港口重要运输通道的金州—大窑湾铁路已经远远不能满足港口快速发展的需要,路企间运输组织不规范、运输效率低、管理不科学等问题也影响着金窑线的运输能力。为满足港口发展的需要,在金窑线进行复线改造的同时,要通过加强运输组织,完善、调整现有运输结构,尽快适应并满足港口快速发展的需要。
With the speeding up of the construction of Dalian Northeast Asia Shipping Center, the throughput of Dayaowan Port and Beiliang Port in Dalian has been increasing year by year. As an important transportation corridor between two ports, the Golden State-Dayaowan Railway is far from meeting the needs of the rapid development of the port. Problems such as non-standard transport organization, low transport efficiency and unscientific management also affect the transportation of Jinyao Line ability. In order to meet the needs of the development of the port, while the Jinyao Line is going to carry out the reconstruction of the double-track line, it is necessary to improve and adjust the existing transport structure and strengthen the transport organization so as to adapt to and meet the rapid development of the port as soon as possible.
