目的观察希望I号液对大鼠吸入臭氧导致肺损伤的保护作用。方法 48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组,即对照组、模型组、维生素E组(0.0135 g/kg)、希望I号液低、中、高剂量组(0.045、0.090、0.180g/kg),除对照组其余各组暴露臭氧(1.2±0.2 ppm)10 h/d×45 d。维生素E组、希望I号液低、中、高剂量组在臭氧造模同时给药。检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化脂质(lipid peroxide,LPO)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)含量,HE、Masson染色观察肺组织变化,免疫组化方法观察肺组织中肺表面活性蛋白A含量。结果与模型组相比,希望I号液各组SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性增加,LPO水平降低;希望I号液各给药组炎性细胞渗出胶原纤维含量减少;希望I号液各组肺表面活性蛋白A含量明显高于模型组。结论希望I号液对大鼠吸入臭氧导致损伤具有良好的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Hope Liquid I on lung injury induced by inhaled ozone in rats. Methods 48 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group, model group and vitamin E group (0.0135 g / kg). Results Compared with the model group, the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in each group I was expected to increase and the level of LPO was decreased. It is hoped that the content of inflammatory cell exudation collagen fibers in each group I was decreased; Group lung surfactant protein A content was significantly higher than the model group. Conclusion I hope I fluid on rats inhalation of ozone has a good protective effect.
