最近,仙居县横溪运管稽征检查站又一次查获骗取道路运输证案。据笔者了解,该站已多次查获车户道路运输证因违章被暂扣后,为了逃避处罚,编造谎言,以欺骗手段向车籍地运管部门补办道路运输证继续参加营运的行为。为什么会出现这种现象呢,原因是多方面的:
