农村人民调解制度是我国一种非诉解决民事纠纷的方式,加强对农村人民调解制度的研究,对于促进农村法律服务制度的完善和农村法律服务工作的全面深入开展,推进农村法制化建设、新农村建设以及构建和谐社会都具有非常重要的意义。本文主要分析了我国农村人民调解产生的历史渊源、我国农村人民调解的现状、民间调解制度比较分析、农村人民调解制度的改革和完善等问题,以期同行批评与指正。
The mediation system in rural areas is a non-lawsuit for settling civil disputes in our country. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the mediation system in rural areas and to promote the improvement of the rural legal services system and the legal service in rural areas in an all-round way and to promote the legalization of rural areas. Rural construction and building a harmonious society are of great importance. This article mainly analyzes the historical origins of the mediation of rural people in our country, the current situation of the mediation of rural people in our country, the comparative analysis of the civil mediation system and the reform and improvement of the mediation system of rural people, with a view to peer criticism and rectification.
