福建华安县的“坪山柚”、“文旦柚”和广西的“沙田柚”、泰国的“暹罗蜜柚”合称世界四大名柚。1989年在全国水果评比中,涫溪蜜柚被评为“部优”良种,且名列诸柚之首,一跃世界名柚之列。 涫溪蜜柚产于福建平和县小溪镇涫溪河畔的西林村,已有400多年的栽培历史。据史料记载,在乾隆年间被列为贡品;同治时赐给“西圃信记”钢印和一面青龙旗,作为商标和禁令。
Fujian Pingshan Pomelo, Wendeng Pomelo, Guangxi Pomelo, and Siam Pomelo of Thailand are collectively referred to as the four famous grapefruit in the world. In 1989 the national fruit appraisal, Guanxi honey pomelo was named “Buyou” varieties, and ranked first in the pomelo, the world famous pomelo column. Pizhou pomelo was produced in Xihe Village, Xiaoxi Town, Pinghe County, Fujian Province, with more than 400 years of cultivation history. According to historical records, it was listed as a tribute during the Qianlong reign; when Tongzhi was given, the “Sipu Xinji” stamp and the Qinglong Banner were given as trademarks and bans.
