氟化物(指无机氟)被人体吸收后,迅速进入血循环,约75%与白蛋白结合而运转[1],而有机氟被人体吸收后,也进入血循环,但大部分是以有机氟的形式存在,少部分发生反应而分解[2].单

氟化物(指无机氟)被人体吸收后,迅速进入血循环,约75%与白蛋白结合而运转[1],而有机氟被人体吸收后,也进入血循环,但大部分是以有机氟的形式存在,少部分发生反应而分解[2].单测定血液中无机氟的含量不能真正反映血液中氟化物的水平.因此,用血液中总氟作为评价指标,更趋合理,更具有代表性,更能准确地反映机体氟代谢及氟负荷水平.但不同环境和生活习惯能直接影响人体血液中总氟的含量.因此研究不同地区成年人血液中总氟的正常参考值对环境医学与职业病防治以及氟中毒的治疗等工作具有实际意义.
