提高我国模具生产的数量与质量,毫无疑问要研究和推广新技术,新工艺,新材料,新设备,力求在科学技术上缩短我国和世界先进国家的差距。但是当务之急是如何挖潜改造,在现有人力物力的基础上,亦即人还是这些人,物还是这些物,却能发挥出更大的力量,提高技术水平,产生更大的经济效益,这就必须重视模具的生产组织与管理的改革。我国模具生产与国外先进水平相比,确有很大差距。这一差距,从某种意义上来说,与其说是技术差距,不如说是生产组织与管理方
