“八·五”伊始,我省小学整体改革开始走向正轨。三年过去,现状如何?还有什么问题需要注意和思考? 一、小学整体改革现状 (一)三年来小学整体改革的基本形势 1.整体改革发展迅速 我省小学整体改革于“八·五”初期走向正轨,发展比较迅速。 (1)参与整体改革的学校,数量日趋增多。我省“八·五”初期被确定为省级整体改革试点的学校不超过20所,1991年发展到45所,1993年底增到100余所。
