喘息是常见症状,原因较复杂,临床治疗常难满意。平喘药一般是缓解喘息症状,但不能解除病因。作者对本院1991年1月～1993年5月患者采用多种平喘药治疗,以喘鸣音减少或消失时间及副作用为观察指标,作疗效比较,报告如下。一般资料本组男182例,女118例。年龄18岁～88岁。病程最短2年,最长25年。治疗方法及结果分别用氨茶硷0.1～0.2tid、息喘灵1片tid、舒弗美1片tid、博利康尼1.25mg～2.5mg tid、共治疗158例,喘鸣音减少或消失时间:1小时48例,2小时42例,3小时27例,24小时无变化41例。副作用:肌颤7例,血压不稳4例,胃肠道反应12例,心悸5例。应用强力安喘通2～3粒tid,
