1.配料1)原料铝锭的牌号不低于Al-2;角料牌号不低于L5;冰晶石纯度不低于96%;海绵钛(等外品)。2)配料计算铝-钛中间合金要求达到的钛含量为2.5~3.5%,计算含量为3.3%。按每炉1.5吨计算:海绵钛50千克,冰晶石40千克,铝料1460千克,其中铝锭不少于1000千克。3)备料将海绵钛和冰晶石混合并烘烤预热。再用铝皮包成约30包,每包约重3千克。海绵钛烘烤时不能接触火焰,防止燃烧。
1. Ingredients 1) The grade of raw material aluminum ingot is not lower than Al-2; the angle material grade is not lower than L5; the purity of cryolite is not less than 96%; titanium sponge (such as outer product). 2) Ingredients Calculation Aluminum - Titanium master alloy required to achieve the content of 2.5 to 3.5% titanium, the calculated content of 3.3%. Calculated at 1.5 tons per furnace: 50 kg of sponge titanium, 40 kg of cryolite, 1460 kg of aluminum, with not less than 1000 kg of aluminum ingot. 3) Preparation The sponge titanium and cryolite mixed and preheated baking. Reuse aluminum package into about 30 packages, each package weighs about 3 kg. Sponge titanium baking can not touch the flame, to prevent burning.
