如何处理好听主讲课与教学辅导的关系,是需要引起我们的足够重视并需认真探讨研究的一个问题。目前,在听主讲课问题上,辅导教师中间存在着种种不同看法。有的同志把听主讲课看作是一种浪费时间的负担;有的同志认为与其听主讲课,还不如直接上讲台辅导;还有的同志认为,反正是辅导课,课堂上学生提出什么问题解答什么问题就行了,何必听主讲课。等等。笔者认为,这些轻视听主讲课的种种看法,是无益于提高辅导教学质量的。实践证明,听主讲课后进行辅导与不听主讲课进行辅导大不一样。辅导教师只有在听主讲课的基础上进行辅导,才能做到有较强的针对性。自从我承担蒙语专业现代蒙语课教学辅导以来,一直坚持听主讲课,从未中断。下面,结合自己的教学实践,谈谈听主讲课的收获与体会。
