即刻种植技术作为一种新兴技术被诸多的学者和临床医生所研讨。它不仅可以缩短牙拔除后种植原需等待的3~6个月的时间,减少一次手术带来的痛苦,而且还可以减轻牙槽突的吸收性萎缩。然而,在即刻种植修复中,种植体与拔牙窝之间存在着的骨间隙,成为影响种植成功率的关键因素之一。如何处理种植体与牙槽窝之间的骨间隙,是否需要植骨,使用何种材料等,国内外学者进行了相关方面的研究。本文就引导骨组织再生技术、不充填任何材料和选择合适的种植体等即刻种植种植体周骨缺损间隙的处理作一综述,以期为临床提供参考。
As an emerging technology, instant planting technology is discussed by many scholars and clinicians. Not only does it reduce the time it takes to implant for 3 to 6 months after tooth extraction, reducing the pain associated with an operation, it can also reduce the absorption atrophy of the alveolar process. However, in immediate implant repair, the existence of interstices between the implant and the tooth socket is one of the key factors affecting the success rate of implant. How to deal with the interosseous gap between implant and alveolar fossa, whether bone graft is needed or not, what kind of materials are used, and so on. Researchers at home and abroad have conducted relevant research. This review summarizes the treatment of bone defect regeneration by implanting bone tissue without implanting any material and selecting appropriate implants to provide clinical reference.
