《农药管理条例》今年6月1日起已正式实施,对违法行为的处罚力度堪称史上最严。条例规定,剧毒、高毒农药不得用于防治卫生害虫,不得用于蔬菜、瓜果、茶叶、菌类、中草药材的生产,不得用于水生植物的病虫害防治。剧毒、高毒农药使用不当,对人畜和环境有较大危害性。《食品安全法》明确要求“禁止将剧毒、高毒农药用于蔬菜、瓜果、茶叶和中草药材等国家规定
”Pesticide Regulations“ on June 1 this year has been the formal implementation of penalties for violations of the strongest known in history.
