一、引言 从六个年代以来,气象学家对海气关系进行了广泛深入地研究,认为海洋是使长期天气过程发生异常的主要能源之一。 近几年,有人对西北太平洋加热效应作了研究后指出,冬季黑潮海域加热对副热带高压进退有影响,从而影响5、6月份长江下游的降水。我们在研究东北地区夏季低温的长期天气过程时,发现了黑潮海域冬季与春季连续加热,对东北地区夏季温度影响也是很大的,尤其是冬季黑潮海域的加热关系更明显。据此,我们认为这个关系有重要的预报意义。
I. INTRODUCTION Since six decades, meteorologists have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the relationship between sea-air and the ocean and considered that the ocean is one of the major energy sources that causes abnormal weather in long-term weather. In recent years, some people have studied the heating effect of the Northwest Pacific Ocean and pointed out that the heating in the Kuroshio area in winter has an impact on the advance and retreat of the subtropical high so as to affect the precipitation in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in May and June. During the study of the long-term summer low temperature weather in the northeast, we found that the Kuroshio was continuously heated in winter and spring, and the temperature in the northeast is also great. Especially, the heating in the Kuroshio waters in winter is more obvious. Therefore, we think this relationship has important significance in forecasting.
