建瓯板鸭,以其形、色、香、味而著称,是传统名特产,历史悠久,在清朝时已享盛名。由于当地鸭源丰富,加工工艺简单,风味独特,每年重阳节至翌年二月初二,在建瓯芝城,几乎每过百步就有一家板鸭店,店前展销,店后加工,是冬季当地群众婚丧喜庆和节日筵席美味佳肴,也是走亲访友馈赠宾客的珍品。近代,随着商品流通的发展,销路巳达沪、宁、江、浙、赣等地,深受消费者青睐.1981年,曾被中国食品总公司收编入《家禽与传统禽制品》一书,被列入全国传统腌腊制品四大板鸭产品之一。
Jianou Banya is famous for its shape, color, aroma and taste. It is a traditional specialty and has a long history. It has enjoyed a good reputation in the Qing Dynasty. Due to the abundant local duck resources, simple processing techniques and unique flavors, each year from the Chung Yeung Festival to the second day of February in the following year, in the construction of the city of Chiba, there is a duck market with almost every hundred steps. In 1981, it was included in the book “Poultry and traditional poultry products” by China National Food Corporation. It has been included in one of the four major duck products of the country’s traditional curing products.
