目的建立黄杞叶中落新妇苷及黄杞苷定量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱,乙腈-水-冰醋酸(22∶78∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长290nm,体积流量0.8mL/min。结果平均回收率:落新妇苷为101.6%(RSD=0.8%);黄杞苷为98.1%(RSD=1.4%)。线性范围:落新妇苷为0.04148~8.296μg(r=0.9998);黄杞苷为0.02204~8.816μg(r=0.9999)。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for determination of astilbin and baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods The HPLC method was used on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column with acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (22:78:0.1) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 290 nm and the volumetric flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. Results The average recovery rate was 101.6% for astilbin (RSD=0.8%) and 98.1% for baicalin (RSD=1.4%). Linear range: Astilbin was 0.04148 to 8.296 μg (r=0.9998); baicalin was 0.02204 to 8.816 μg (r=0.9999). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible.
