都市连绵区在国家和区域经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位和作用。改革开放以来,我国珠三角和长三角等区域经济社会发展迅速,城乡联系日益密切,出现了Jean Gottmann所指出的大都市带(都市连绵区)的基本特征。这类区域除整体上具有多核心、星云状空间结构特征之外,在非核心地区经济社会发展和空间演变也相当迅速,出现了与McGee提出的Desakota模式类似的空间联系形式和特征。本文以江阴市的澄东片区为例,分析了这类都市连绵区非核心区域在都市连绵区整体发展背景下的产业发展、空间联系、经济社会要素的空间格局、演变特征及其经济社会和环境效应,揭示都市连绵区非核心区域的空间组织模式与演变过程。从都市连绵区的宏观背景和区域地理基础交互作用对非核心区空间结构与组织模式的形成与演化产生了明显的影响,制度因素同样具有影响作用。都市区非核心地区快速的经济增长取得了有益的经济社会发展效应,同时也带来了资源匮乏和环境恶化等现实问题与协调性不强的现实矛盾。
The metropolitan area has a pivotal position and role in the economic development of the country and the region. Since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development in the PRD, such as the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, has been growing rapidly with increasingly close contact between urban and rural areas. The basic characteristics of the metropolitan belt (metropolitan area) pointed out by Jean Gottmann have emerged. In addition to the multi-core and nebula-like spatial structure as a whole, the economic and social development and spatial evolution in such non-core areas are also quite rapid. The spatial connection forms and characteristics similar to those proposed by McGee are similar. In this paper, taking Chengdong Area of Jiangyin City as an example, the paper analyzes the industrial development, spatial relations, the spatial pattern and evolution characteristics of economic and social elements in the non-core areas of these metropolitan areas in the context of the overall development of metropolitan areas and their economic and social Environmental effects and reveal the spatial organization model and evolution of the non-core area of metropolitan area. The interaction between the macroscopic background of metropolitan area and the geographical basis of a region has a significant impact on the formation and evolution of the spatial structure and organizational pattern of non-core areas. Institutional factors also have an impact. The rapid economic growth in the non-core areas of the urban areas has yielded beneficial economic and social development effects. At the same time, it has brought real contradictions, such as lack of resources and environmental degradation, to reality.
