采用作图法与两端点连线法测量零件直线度误差,方法简单,但求出的误差值往往不够精确,而且两端点连线法也不符合“最小条件”。本文提出的测量方法是根据图形,采用相应的计算方法,建立“最小条件”,来计算直线度误差。该方法比作图法及两端点连线法精确,比包容线法和基准旋移法简单。下面用具休实例加以说明。
Using the method of plotting and the connection method of two endpoints to measure the straightness error of the part, the method is simple, but the error value obtained is often not accurate enough, and the connection method of the two endpoints also does not meet the “minimum conditions”. In this paper, the measurement method is based on graphics, using the corresponding calculation method, the establishment of “minimum conditions” to calculate the straightness error. This method is more accurate than the graph method and the two-end connection method, which is simpler than the containment method and the reference rotation method.
