在食用菌生产中,菌种瓶可以轻松拆装,使用菌种如同水一样的液体,高温灭菌温度只需80℃,出菇则是在菜篮子里。目前一系列前所未闻的食用菌栽培新技术,顺利通过国内8位食用菌专家的鉴定。杭州华丹农产品有限公司自1999年以来成立课题组开展”珍稀食用菌开发技术集成创新研究”项目研究,对传统食用菌生产流程进行技术创新。经过多年技术攻关,课题组先后研究成功了,便携式菌种瓶、悬浮式液体菌种及生产设备,矿石栽培方法、便携式臭氧发生器、灭菌“促酵剂”等一系列新技术及设备。在传统食用菌培育中,使用的容器大多数为玻璃瓶、塑料瓶和塑料袋。在操作中存在装料费时、接种不便、清洗麻烦等缺点。课题组研发出两种可拆卸式便携菌种瓶,在装料中。可以通过凹凸槽,将菌种瓶分成上下两部分进行装料,
