组件检查仪用于核燃料组件外观检查,是判断核燃料组件外观是否合格的关键重要设备。原控制系统采用单级控制模式,控制方式落后;伺服系统采用单闭环直流调速系统,执行单元采用有刷直流伺服电机,可靠性和抗干扰能力差,因此对其控制系统进行改进十分必要。针对组件检查仪存在的问题,提出基于西门子SIMOTION D435运动控制技术的组件检查仪控制测量系统硬件技术设计方案及软件开发方案。通过分析实施效果,得出结论:经对组件检查仪控制测量系统研制后,系统的安全性、稳定性、可靠性和技术水平都得到了极大的提高,解决了原系统存在的问题,实现了研制的目的。

By analyzing the implementation results, it is concluded that the safety, stability, reliability and technical level of the system have been greatly improved after the development of the component inspection meter control and measurement system, which solves the problems in the original system and realizes The purpose of development.
