上好课,搞好教学工作,说到底就是要发挥好师生两方面的积极性.这里教师起主导作用.教师的主导作用就是要充分运用心理学原理,改进教学.首先自己要坚信学生可以教好,其次就是要运用心理规律,创造条件,激发学生的积极情绪,有效地投入学习.我的初步体会是:一、学以致用,激发学生学习动机我的学生都是来进修的小学教师,他们不少人的主导思想是学一些对今后小学教学工作能派上用场的知识,而对较繁难的学习内容、对小学里不开设的课程,如心理学、教育学等则不感兴趣.针对这种思想,我觉得必须先让学生感到所学的各种课
