目的探讨与经股动脉途径(TFA)相比,经桡动脉途径(TRA)行血管内支架成形术(PTAS)治疗椎动脉起始部狭窄的效果及安全性。方法 25例椎动脉起始部狭窄患者经桡动脉途径(TRA组10例)和经股动脉途径(TFA组15例)行PTAS,比较两组治疗时间、效果及随访结果。结果 TRA组术中时间、术后卧床时间小于TFA组;随访均无脑血管事件发生。结论经TRA行PTAS治疗椎动脉狭窄性脑血管病技术成功率100%,能减少卧床时间和穿刺部位相关并发症。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transradial approach (TRA) with endovascular stenting (PTAS) in the treatment of the stenosis of the vertebral artery at the beginning compared with the femoral artery (TFA). Methods Twenty-five patients with initial stenosis of vertebral artery underwent radial artery approach (10 in the TRA group) and 15 in the femoral artery approach (TFA group). The treatment time, efficacy and follow-up results were compared between the two groups. Results The time of operation and the time of bed rest in TRA group were less than those in TFA group. No cerebrovascular events occurred in follow-up. Conclusion The success rate of PTAS in the treatment of vertebral artery stenosis with cerebrovascular disease by TRA is 100%, which can reduce the complication of bed time and puncture site.
