分布式电源的不断增多以及电动汽车等多样性负荷的发展,给配电网的运行控制带来了极大挑战。为充分发挥主动配电网的作用,适应智能电网的发展需求,提出一种主动配电网协调控制系统。文中详细阐述了系统总体架构设计、软件架构设计,以及包含特性分析、态势感知、协调控制在内的应用功能设计,通过实现电源、电网、负荷的互动协调控制,充分挖掘配电网中可调可控资源的潜力,在主动配电网安全可靠运行基础上,提升分布式电源的有效消纳以及多样化负荷参与电网调峰的能力。文中设计开发出的主动配电网协调控制系统已应用于常州配电网。
The continuous increase of distributed power supply and the development of diversified loads such as electric vehicles have brought great challenges to the operation and control of distribution network. In order to give full play to the role of active distribution network to meet the development needs of smart grid, an active distribution network coordination control system is proposed. In this paper, the design of system architecture, software architecture and the design of application functions including characteristic analysis, situational awareness and coordination control are elaborated in detail. Through the coordinated control of power supply, power grid and load, Based on the safe and reliable operation of the active distribution network, the potential of controllable resources is improved, and the effective dissipation of distributed generation and the ability of diversified loads to participate in peak regulation of the grid are improved. The design and development of the active distribution network coordination control system has been used in Changzhou distribution network.
