我们公司的前身是崇阳县造纸厂,建厂已有近三十年的历史,1994年开始进行现代企业制度改革,随后逐步建成规范性的股份制企业。主要产品有铜鼓牌系列白板纸、餐具纸、白卡纸、红卡纸、涂布纸等十多个品种。1993年前,生产规模不足5000吨,年产值1400万元;1997年底,公司生产规模已达3万吨,当年实现产值6500万元,利税达到878万元;1993年前累计亏损1800万元,资不抵债1140万元,到1997年拥有净资产2910万元。经济效益连续三年居全省造纸行业第一位。
Our company’s predecessor was the Chongyang Paper Mill. It had a history of nearly 30 years since its establishment. In 1994, it began to reform the modern enterprise system and gradually established a standardized joint-stock enterprise. The main products include more than ten varieties of bronze drums, such as whiteboard, tableware, white cardboard, red cardboard and coated paper. Before 1993, the scale of production was less than 5,000 tons, and the annual production value was 14 million yuan. At the end of 1997, the company’s production scale reached 30,000 tons. In that year, the output value reached 65 million yuan and the profits and taxes reached 8.78 million yuan; before 1993, the cumulative loss was 18 million yuan. The insolvent capital was 11.4 million yuan. By 1997, it had net assets of 29.1 million yuan. The economic benefits ranks first in the papermaking industry in the province for three consecutive years.
