本文公开了循环流化床锅炉水冷壁防磨损技术研究与应用项目的研究成果,及其2项防磨损专利。对循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损的现有防护技术进行分析比较并指出各自的局限性,对一系列磨损案例的分析找出了磨损的规律并据此提出和验证了新的防磨损方法:改变沿壁回流物料的轨迹使其离开水冷壁表面一定距离从而不磨损,这样沿壁面的回流层可以有效阻挡其他飘向炉壁的颗粒,起到保护炉壁的作用,从而减小对壁面的磨损并保护壁面,变不利为有利。
This paper discloses the research results of the research and application of the anti-wear technology of the water-cooled wall of circulating fluidized bed boiler and their 2 anti-wear patents. Analysis and comparison of the existing protection technologies of CFB boiler water wall wear and pointing out their own limitations. The analysis of a series of wear cases finds out the law of wear and thus proposes and verifies a new anti-wear method: Changing the trajectory of the material flowing along the wall to make it away from the surface of the water wall so as not to wear so that the recirculation layer along the wall can effectively block the other particles flowing toward the furnace wall to protect the furnace wall, Wear and protect the wall, becoming unfavorable.
