目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中Napsin-A表达与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)基因的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测89例肺腺鳞癌组织中Napsin-A的表达情况,并用ARMS试剂盒检测上述组织中EGFR基因的表达情况,分析Napsin-A的表达与EGFR基因的关系。结果在NSCLC组织中,腺癌和鳞癌的Napsin-A阳性率分别为96.2%和5.6%,两者比较差异有统计学意义。肺腺癌组织中,EGFR基因突变率为54.7%,而Napsin-A表达阳性者的突变率高达100.0%;肺鳞癌组织中,EGFR基因突变率为5.6%,而Napsin-A表达阳性者的突变率为50.0%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义。结论Napsin-A在肺腺癌组织中高表达,且在腺鳞癌中表达阳性者EGFR基因突变率较高,Napsin-A表达阳性者可建议行EGFR基因检测。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Napsin-A expression and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Napsin-A in 89 cases of lung adenosquamous squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of EGFR gene was detected by ARMS kit, and the relationship between Napsin-A expression and EGFR gene was analyzed. Results In NSCLC, the positive rates of Napsin-A in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were 96.2% and 5.6% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups. In lung adenocarcinoma, the mutation rate of EGFR gene was 54.7%, while the mutation rate of Napsin-A was 100.0%. In lung squamous cell carcinoma, the mutation rate of EGFR gene was 5.6%, while the positive rate of Napsin-A was Mutation rate was 50.0%, the difference between the two was statistically significant. Conclusion Napsin-A is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, and EGFR gene is highly expressed in adenosquamous carcinoma. The positive rate of EGFR gene expression in Napsin-A may be suggested by EGFR gene detection.
