如果不影响总的性能而又能减小价格的情况下,单片PCM通道滤波器在电话开关和发送系统中是很有希望的。当这些系统能正常工作20年以上并使用典型的L-C或者低噪声混合双极型滤波器时,单片滤波器必须满足电话业所能普遍接受的功率和性能标准的要求。但其功耗特性和噪声特性比一般的要求更高些。所描述的电路是用线路和工艺技术来克服这些限制并提供一种低功耗、低噪声的单片通道滤波器。
Monolithic PCM channel filters are promising in telephony switching and transmitting systems without compromising overall performance while reducing price. When these systems operate for more than 20 years and use typical L-C or low noise hybrid bipolar filters, the monolithic filters must meet the generally accepted power and performance standards in the telephone industry. However, its power consumption and noise characteristics are higher than usual. The circuit described is circuit and process technology to overcome these limitations and provide a low power, low noise monolithic channel filter.
