吞噬矽尘的肺泡巨噬细胞和成纤维细胞之间的相互作用,在矽肺发病中是不可忽视的环节,这已逐渐被公认。Heppleston等采用体外培养技术,从生化方面研究这两种细胞的作用,使人们对矽肺纤维化机理有了一些新认识,但是从形态学角度进行系统研究则少见。本文介绍吞噬矽尘的巨噬细胞作用于人胚肺成纤维细胞所发生的超微结构改变,并与光镜观察结果对比。又在该培养系统中加入临床已证实对矽肺有一定疗效的汉防已甲素(简称汉甲),进行观察,以探讨汉甲对矽肺纤维化的抑制作用。
