我科对22例帕金森氏综合征患者行丘脑膜外侧核射频治疗23次，均于治疗的即刻对侧肢体震颤消失，僵直恢复正常，有效率为100％。动作较术前灵活，其改善率为81．0％。治疗出现双侧效果者6例，但在3－14天内非治疗侧又恢复到术前状态。生活自理能力改善率为89．5％。工作能力改善率为47.6％。假面具脸，头，下颌及舌震颤，前倾等症状改善者甚少。除1例靶点出血致不完全偏瘫外，其余并发症均在短期内恢复正常，本组无死亡例。
Our department of 22 patients with Parkinson’s disease patients with lateral hypothalamic radiofrequency 23 times, both in the treatment of immediate contralateral limb tremor disappeared, stiffness returned to normal, the effective rate was 100%. In addition to 1 case of target hemopia caused by incomplete hemiplegia, the remaining complications were returned to normal in the short term, the group no death.
