高职院校旅游英语专业旨在培养能够胜任涉外酒店及旅游企事业单位一线服务及管理的高端技能型英语人才,传统的教学方法和手段不利于培养学生熟练的英语应用技能和较强的英语沟通和交际能力。针对这种情形,高职院校旅游英语专业迫切要进行教学方法的改革,真正为企业培养出与岗位无缝对接的实用型旅游英语人才。
The purpose of tourism English major in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-skilled English talents capable of serving first-line service and management of foreign-related hotels and tourism enterprises and institutions. The traditional teaching methods and means are not conducive to cultivating students’ proficiency in English application skills and strong English Communication and communication skills. In view of this situation, the tourism English major in vocational colleges urgently needs to reform the teaching methods, and truly cultivates practical English for tourism professionals who can seamlessly connect with their posts.
