目的对社区全民建档模式在提升成人预防接种率中的效果进行分析。方法本社区卫生服务中心在2013年2月~2014年5月对社区居民建档,并调查其预防接种率。结果截止2014年4月,居民健康档案建档28142本,取用核拨人口数29784例,建档率为94.49%。2012年2月~2013年2月流感疫苗接种70例,肺炎疫苗接种6例;2013年2月~2014年2月流感疫苗接种93例,肺炎疫苗接种15例,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2013年4月与2014年3月调查人数中的疫苗认知情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区全民健康模式能够提升成人预防接种率。
Objective To analyze the effect of community-wide documenting model in promoting adult vaccination rate. Methods The community health center in February 2013 ~ May 2014 file to residents in the community, and investigate the vaccination rate. Results As of April 2014, 28,142 residents’ health records were archived, taking 29,784 approved population and the filing rate was 94.49%. From February 2012 to February 2013, there were 70 cases of influenza vaccination and 6 cases of pneumonia vaccination. From February 2013 to February 2014, 93 cases of influenza vaccination and 15 cases of pneumonia vaccination showed no significant difference (P > 0.05). Vaccine awareness among April 2013 and March 2014 was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The community health model can improve adult vaccination rate.
