用氧瓶技术分解有机物质简单快速,是目前有机微量元素测定中常用的试样分解方法。从简单的卤素取代有机化合物到其他非金属及金属元素有机化合物,从合成材料到生物活体试样的分解,都已采用了氧瓶技术。随着应用范围的扩大,氧瓶燃烧法中的几个技术问题不断得到改进。余仲建等研究过火花点燃的装置及以镍铬丝代替铂金丝的可能性。本文介绍我们设计的电热点燃的氧瓶装置及其在人发分解中的应用。
Using oxygen bottle technology to decompose organic matter is simple and quick, which is commonly used in organic trace element determination method of sample decomposition. From simple halogen-substituted organic compounds to other non-metallic and metallic organic compounds, from the synthesis of living biological samples to the decomposition, have adopted the oxygen bottle technology. With the expansion of the application range, several technical problems in the oxygen bottle combustion method have been continuously improved. Yu Zhongjian and other research spark ignition devices and to replace the possibility of nickel-chromium wire platinum wire. This article describes our design of the electric ignition of the oxygen bottle device and its application in human hair decomposition.
