一、材料与方法(一) 田间试验方法试验于1986年在沈阳农业大学试验田进行,供试材料为20个叶形不同的品种,其中18个是辽宁、吉林种植的品种,2个是外引种(日本的“十胜长叶”和美国的“Amsoy”) 详见表1. 试验采用完全随机区组设计,三次重复,小区行长3米、行距60厘米、株距15厘米. (二) 室内测定方法测定于8月份大豆结荚期进行,所测项目如下:

Materials and Methods (I) Field Tests The experiment was conducted in the experimental field of Shenyang Agricultural University in 1986 with 20 different leaf-shaped cultivars, of which 18 were cultivated in Liaoning and Jilin and two were introduced outside (Japan’s “Tensengumi” and “Amsoy” in the United States) are shown in Table 1.
